How a job works

  1. The driver posts the job with a date and a day rate.
  2. Movers nearby get a text and claim a spot.
  3. Each mover checks in at the address on arrival.
  4. When the trailer's loaded, the driver pays everyone in the app.
  5. Both sides rate each other from 1 to 10 stars.

Ratings come only from paid jobs

A job paid outside the app doesn't go on anyone's record. Both sides have 72 hours to leave stars. Neither one sees the other's rating until both are in. A profile shows its average after 3 ratings. The top rank is Ten Star Bedbugger.

Family owned and run

James Morgan has hauled household goods for more than 20 years. He tests Bedbugging on his own runs. His son Jacob builds the app. Bedbugger is trucking slang for a household goods mover, so that's where the name comes from.
